Click-to-load YouTube
A YouTube iframe is not loaded simply because a reader visits an article or the YouTube section. The reader first sees a local placeholder. Only after the reader deliberately activates a video does the external player load from youtube-nocookie.com where technically appropriate.
At that point Google or YouTube may use cookies or similar storage and access technologies. Their own policies apply. Forecourt Insider does not invent or publish cookie names or durations that have not been technically verified.
Hosting technology
The hosting platform may use strictly necessary security or delivery technology as part of serving the website. It is not used by Forecourt Insider for advertising or profiling.
